365 Days Easy Return & Exchange

We're proud to stand behind our product quality with our 365-Day Easy Return & Exchange policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 365 days from the receipt date to request a refund or exchange. Just email us at service@oglmove.com with your request. Please note, returns won't be accepted after this period. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to make sure you're happy with your order!

Can I cancel or change my order?

Absolutely! Please reach out to our Customer Service team at service@oglmove.com, and they'll be delighted to assist you.

1) Any changes or cancellations made before dispatching your order are complimentary.

2) Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate order cancellations or changes once the order has been shipped.

3) Upon cancellation, you'll receive a full refund credited back to your original payment method, and a notification email will be sent to you.

 

Returns & Exchanges

All items must not be washed, worn, or damaged, and original tags must be attached.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Special offers cannot be returned or exchanged ( we will clearly state on the product details page)

For defective products:

If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, customers need to contact our customer service for an exchange or refund process. Return or exchange labels could only be downloaded/printed after our services team confirms.

Kindly note that customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs for non-faulty items. One exchange/return is allowed per order.

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives and inform us of what items specifically need to be returned/exchanged at service@oglmove.com to get a return/exchange authorization and address.

Step 2: Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return from our customer service.

Step 3: You will receive a refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We will email you once we process your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

FYI: We are a sustainable brand and always strive to avoid a larger footprint and protect the earth, our home. So we will offer you the best solution first and we never want to make your return difficult.

 

About Refund

We always recommend exchanging products if stock is available. However, if you opt for a refund, the amount will depend on certain circumstances:

1) If your order doesn't include any promotions or discounts, you will receive a full refund for the items, equal to the price shown on our site (the item’s original price).

2) If your order includes promotions or discounts, the final refund will reflect what you actually paid (subtracting all applied discounts).

3) Please note that shipping fees are excluded from the refund.

Refund Processing Time:

Once our team has checked your return parcel, you can expect to receive a refund within one week. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

     

    How long will the user receive a refund?

    You will receive a refund after your return parcel has been checked by our team within one week. The refund can only be credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made.
