365 Days Easy Return & Exchange
We're proud to stand behind our product quality with our 365-Day Easy Return & Exchange policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 365 days from the receipt date to request a refund or exchange. Just email us at service@oglmove.com with your request. Please note that returns won't be accepted after this period. Just a heads-up! We apologize for the delayed response. We were overloaded with orders and emails during the peak season. Please rest assured we’re doing everything we can to get back to you as quickly as possible—usually within the next 4 business days. If you haven't seen our replies within the next 3 business days, they might be hanging out in your spam folder, especially for Yahoo Mail users. If they're not there, feel free to reach out from another email address. We're always here to help!
Returns & Exchanges
Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping fees for returns or exchanges of non-faulty items. Each order is eligible for a one-time return or exchange.
All items must not be washed, worn, or damaged, and original tags must be attached.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Mystery Boxes, Final Sale items, and Special Offers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. (we will clearly state this on the product details page)
For defective products:
If the product is incorrect, damaged during shipping, or defective in any way, customers should reach out to our customer service team to begin the exchange or refund process. A return or exchange request can only be initiated once our service team has confirmed the issue.
Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives and inform us of what items specifically need to be returned/exchanged at service@oglmove.com to get a return/exchange authorization and address.
Step 2: Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return from our customer service.
Step 3: You will receive a refund within 14 working days or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We will email you once we process your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
FYI: We are a sustainable brand and always strive to avoid a larger footprint and protect the earth, our home. So we will offer you the best solution first and we never want to make your return difficult.
Can I cancel or change my order?
1) Any changes or cancellations made before dispatching your order are complimentary.
2) Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate order cancellations or changes once the order has been shipped.
3) Upon cancellation, you'll receive a full refund credited back to your original payment method, and a notification email will be sent to you.
About Refund
We always recommend exchanging products if stock is available. However, if you opt for a refund, the amount will depend on certain circumstances:
1) If your order doesn't include any promotions or discounts, you will receive a full refund for the items, equal to the price shown on our site (the item’s original price).
2) If your order includes promotions or discounts, the final refund will reflect what you actually paid (subtracting all applied discounts).
3) Please note that shipping fees are excluded from the refund.
How long will the user receive a refund?
You will receive a refund after your return parcel has been checked by our team within 14 working days. The refund can only be credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made.
