OGL Membership is our way of giving a little more back to our community. As a member, you can track your orders, earn and redeem points, see your rewards in your Account Center, and enjoy a few extra perks along the way.

We’re also trying something new with OGL Member Friday. For now, it will run every Friday in October, November, and December. We’re treating these first few months as a chance to learn what our members actually enjoy, so we’ll be listening to your feedback and may make changes to the dates or benefits as we go.

Yes, it’s completely free to join during October, November, and December.

We’re opening membership for free during these three months as we launch this new experience. If you join during this time, you’ll be among the first to enjoy member benefits and, just as importantly, share your feedback with us as we continue to make OGL Membership better.

Joining is easy. Just tap the profile icon on the OGL website and select Register. Enter your email address and create a password, and you’re all set.

Already have an OGL account? Simply choose Log In instead.

Once you’re signed in, you’ll be able to find your available rewards and member benefits right in your Account Center.

There’s a little something waiting for you when you join OGL Membership:

1) 100 Welcome Points, added to your account right after you register.
Every 100 points can be redeemed for US$5 off an OGL order.
2) Three free standard shipping coupons if you join between October 5 and October 12. You’ll receive one coupon for each month: October, November, and December.
3) 2X shopping points on OGL Member Fridays during our October–December trial. Just make sure you’re logged in when you shop to earn double points on eligible purchases.

Just sign in to your OGL account and head to your Account Center. You’ll be able to see your current points balance and any available coupons there.

When you’re ready to shop, eligible rewards can be selected directly from your cart or at checkout.

You’ll earn 100 points for every US$100 spent on eligible purchases.

And on an OGL Member Friday, you can earn 2X shopping points on eligible purchases when you’re signed in to your account. That means you’ll earn 200 points for every US$100 spent.

Just remember to log in before placing your order so your points can be added to your account.

Your eligible shopping points will be added to your Account Center within 7 days after your order is confirmed as delivered.

Once your points appear in your account, they’re ready to use. Until then, they won’t be available for redemption.

2X shopping points means you earn twice the standard number of points in total.

For example, if you normally earn 100 points for every US$100 spent, you’ll earn 200 points for every US$100 spent during an eligible OGL Member Friday.

It’s not the standard points plus two additional sets of points. Your Member Friday points will be added to your Account Center within 7 days after your order is confirmed as delivered.

Your points can be redeemed for discounts on OGL orders. The current redemption options are:

100 points = US$5 off
200 points = US$10 off
300 points = US$15 off
400 points = US$20 off
500 points = US$25 off

The reward options available to you will appear directly in your cart, based on your current points balance. Just choose the reward you’d like to use before checkout.

Redeeming your points is easy:

Sign in to your OGL account.
Open your cart or checkout.
Select an available points reward and apply it to your order.

Your points are redeemed as an order discount and cannot be exchanged for cash. Once points have been used on a completed order, they cannot be used again.

Good to know: If you successfully cancel an order before it ships, any points used on that order will be returned to your Account Center. If an order is later returned or refunded, the points used for that order will not be returned under our current membership rules.

In some cases, yes. Points rewards can be combined with eligible coupon codes when the combination is available at checkout.

Since each offer may have its own terms and exclusions, the easiest way to know if they can be used together is to check your cart or checkout.

Yes. Points expire 365 days after they’re added to your account.

You can check your available points in your Account Center and use them anytime before their expiration date.

No. The three free standard shipping coupons are a separate welcome benefit and are not part of OGL Member Friday.
