Returns & Exchanges

We offer a generous 365-day return and exchange window for our items. Shop with confidence—we provide return addresses in the US, Canada, Australia, Germany, the UK, and Switzerland. Orders that meet our return/exchange eligibility may request a refund or exchange within 365 days from the date of receipt.


Return & Exchange Policy:

  1. Shipping Fees

    Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs, except for faulty items.

  2. Order/Item Limits
    • Return/exchange can only be processed once per order. Please submit all items for return or exchange in a single request.
    • Gift Card Orders: Orders paid entirely with a gift card are non-returnable/exchangeable, except when the return is due to a defective product or delivery error (this will be specified at the time of gift card issuance).
    • The Lucky Offer/Final Sale/Limited Sale/Mystery Boxes items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange (we will clearly mark them on product pages).
  3. Item Condition
    • All return/exchange items must be returned in their original packaging, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. 

      Items not meeting these conditions will be rejected.


How to Start Your Return

1. Easy Self-Service via Your Account
  • Register/Log In: You must have created an account using the email address linked to your original order. Guest checkout orders require account creation to process returns.

Once you submit your request, you will receive a response from us within 1-3 working days.

Go to the order history page to find the corresponding order.
STEP 03
Click on the order details and initiate a request at the bottom of the order.
STEP 04
Our service team will follow up on your request.
2. Contact Our Team

If you prefer assistance, you can either click Contact Us Via Email on the Contact Us page and fill out the form or send an email directly to service@oglmove.com.

Response & Processing Time

We value your time and aim to resolve all inquiries promptly.

  • Response Time: We will respond to your request within 1-3 business days.
  • No Reply? Please check your Spam/Promotions folder (Yahoo Mail users, this is critical!). If the email is missing, send a follow-up from an alternative email address.

How to Cancel / Change

  • Before Shipping: Changes or cancellations are free of charge if requested before the order is dispatched.
  • After Shipping: Unfortunately, we cannot alter or cancel orders once they have shipped.
Refund Details
  • Full Price Orders: Refunded for the full item price (as shown on the site).
  • Promo/Discounted Orders: Refunded for the actual amount paid (after all discounts are applied).
  • Exclusions: Original Shipping fees and Worry-Free Insurance are non-refundable.
Refund Timeline
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days after our warehouse receives and inspects your returned package.
  • Refunds are credited back to your original payment method only.
Shipping Insurance (Worry-Free Purchase)

Your purchase is covered against:

  1. Defective - The product was damaged during shipping.
  2. Not Delivered - The package was lost or never arrived.
  3. Missing or Incomplete - Items were missing or incomplete.
  4. Delayed over 30 days.

Note: Insurance does not cover shipping fees, return fees, or exchange costs.
