Sizing a problem

This is a lovely jacket, material is outstanding and the sizing is so far off that it is actually not wearable for me. I ordered a small, usually wear a size 4 and this is really too large, even with a bulky sweater underneath. I have contacted customer service, found them wonderfully responsive, and will reorder from this company in the future.
