The shirt fits perfectly and it's super comfortable. I weigh 160 and I'm 5'8" and bought a medium. There are only two issues, the fabric is see through so you can see the lining underneath, and the part that covers my shoulders keeps lifting up when my move my arms. Wish it stayed down longer, but overall it's a pretty shirt.
