Best With a Layer in Cool Offices
I am broad-shouldered and went with M, my normal dress size. The sleeveless cut is clean and comfortable, and the midi length works well with boots. I do keep a blazer or cardigan nearby in an air-conditioned office, since the dress itself has no sleeves.
