Plantive Chic Square Neck Ruched Rib Bra Tank

The fabric is much more substantial than I expected — a thick, quality rib knit that's neither see-through nor nipple-revealing, so I can confidently wear it on its own. Great stretch too: hugs the body without squeezing, stays comfortable all day. After two washes it still holds its shape beautifully — no stretching, no pilling.

The side ruching perfectly disguises my midsection while visually lifting my waistline — I look noticeably slimmer. The square neckline beautifully frames the collarbones, too. Instantly elevated look.

The built-in bra in this tank is a summer lifesaver! The shelf provides enough support that I can wear it around the house, on quick errands, or to the convenience store without a separate bra. No more sweaty, digging bra straps in the heat! The support feels natural — not compressing, not gapping — and should work for both smaller and fuller busts.

I bought this top in White with some apprehension, and now that I received and tried it, I am very happy with it. The straps are a perfect width for the design and they don’t dig. In addition, the armholes fit perfectly without any gaping and the white fabric is substantial (not see through), making this top versatile and a great choice for every day summer wear, weekends and even date night dressed up in an all white outfit with a colourful scarf or with accent colour pieces. I am a big fan of OGL’s ruching designs - they make the waist look smaller while adding flair. I’m 5 ft 6 in and 170 lbs and this top in XL is just a little snug on me compared to some other OGL tops. I won’t exchange it because the 2XL would be much too large. My regular size with all other retailers is L for the tops and XL for the bottoms. Lastly, I have a long torso and this top is just a little short on me (like some other OGL tops I purchased to date). It could easily do with an inch or so more in length because the ruching would make it very easy for each buyer to adjust to the preferred length (and avoid showing skin around the tummy or the navel when when moving around, for a more put together look). As always, the OGL integrated bra is very much appreciated. Overall, I do recommend this top, and may even buy it in other colours too.

I originally bought it just as a basic everyday piece, but loved it so much I went back for black and white too. These little design details on a basic staple are seriously addictive.
