If you are planning on walking more than a few blocks in this, you're going to be slightly miserable. It's really for light/spring rains, too, because there's no lining. Expect to wear a good sweater on top of a shirt, or a thick pro-warm and a scarf/hat.
With this being said, it's a nice garment and will keep you dry as you cab/drive from point A to point B.
Also, this wrinkles, so if you're traveling, remember to take it out of a bag and let it dry while hanging. So many of the items I've gotten from OGL are ready-to-wear out of the bag, but not this one. It really needs a quick steam/tumble before I hang it and get ready for winter rains.
