Flattering and comfortable

Regardless of where the ruching is this skirt is flattering. It's essentially a straight skirt that flares at the bottom which makes it comfortable to wear. Many straight skirts that are straight at the bottom are restrictive and it can be hard to even walk. This skirt allows freedom of movement while also being flattering.
