Thought this was similar to the winter Collared Surplice Top -- It is not

I bought two of the Eco-Mousse® Collared Surplice Tops for winter, size L, and love them. They fit beautifully and are quality fabric and tops. When I saw this top, I expected it would be of the same quality, but in a lighter summer fabric. It is not a quality fabric and the large size probably will fit someone who normally orders a small. The other tops I have from them in large fit as the size chart says they will. Since I ordered those earlier tops, I've also lost 15 pounds. I could not get this top on all the way, that's how small it was. I'd ordered the white and the fabric is see-through. If this is the direction their quality is going, I'm not going to order again.
