Head to your Account Center to redeem points anytime. Points for coupon redemption will be available once your order is marked as “Delivered.”

5. Can I combine coupon codes with my points rewards?

Absolutely! You can use your points rewards together with a coupon code for extra savings.

6. Will my points expire?

Yes, Just a heads-up, your points will expire 365 days after they become available, so be sure to use them before they do! We wouldn't want you to miss out on any rewards you’ve earned!

7. What happens to my points if I cancel my order?

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method, and any used points will return to your Account Center for future use.

8. What happens to my points if I refund my order?

The refund will be credited back to your original payment method, but any used points cannot be refunded.
