2. How to be a OGL Member?

  • Type in your email and password.
  • Register successfully! Your rewards are at your Member Center.

3. How to earn points?

  • Spend US$1 to earn 1 point.
  • You must be logged in to access ways to earn points.

4. How to redeem points?

You can redeem your points directly in the Member Center.   Please note:

  • Points become available (for gift card redemption) only when your order status is "Delivered".
  • If your order is not yet delivered, points will remain in pending status and cannot be redeemed.

5. Can I stack coupon with gift card rewards I redeemed?

  • Yes. You can stack your gift card reward with any coupon code you get from Oglmove.com.
  • But you can only use one coupon code at each order.

6. What will happen to my points balance if I receive a refund?

Your points balance will be automatically adjusted to reflect the final fulfilled purchase amount.

7. Will my points expire?

Yes, points expire 365 calendar days after becoming available.
