I needed to return a shirt that was way too tight. I wanted to exchange for a different shirt and the return process was very easy. It took a day or two to get a response but the exchange went very smoothly. I did not have to return the shirt that did not fit - so I donated it. The new shirt fit much better and I liked the style better as well.
