As of the effective date of this statement, OGLmove does not engage, directly or indirectly, in lobbying, advocacy, or other activities intended to influence public decision-making.
For the purposes of this statement, such activities include direct or indirect communication with government officials, policymakers, or their representatives with the aim of influencing laws, regulations, government policies, or other public decisions. They also include activities conducted through consultants, lobbyists, industry associations, chambers of commerce, or other intermediaries.
Ordinary commercial marketing, product promotion, and customer communications fall outside the scope of this statement when they are not intended to influence public decision-making.
Should OGLmove undertake any such activities in the future, we will update this statement before they begin. We will also establish and publish a responsible lobbying policy approved by our most senior management representative. The policy will address the public interest and use of evidence, political contributions, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, alignment with intermediary organizations, activity records, annual reviews, and public disclosure.
Employees, suppliers, customers, community members, and other stakeholders may raise concerns relating to lobbying, political engagement, conflicts of interest, or undue influence through the public grievance channel on our website. All concerns will be documented, assessed, and addressed in accordance with our grievance procedure.
