Prayers for Myanmar: Standing Together in Love and Hope
On March 28, 2025, our hearts were shaken by the devastating 7.7-magnitude earthquake near Mandalay, Myanmar. In just moments, thousands of lives were lost, families were torn apart, and communities were left in ruins. Over 3,800 people have tragically passed, with many more injured and displaced. Homes, hospitals, and vital infrastructure were destroyed—leaving survivors in desperate need of support, safety, and healing.
In this time of immense sorrow and need, we at OGL stand in solidarity with the people of Myanmar. As part of our commitment as a member of 1% for the Planet, we’ve donated 66,200,000 MMK to aid in recovery efforts—providing emergency relief, rebuilding homes and infrastructure, and offering long-term support to help affected families regain their footing.
