I occasionally need a dressy business appropriate dress and hate to be cold. This dress is perfect! It’s a sweater like material…not super warm but I could wear a light weight scoop neck top underneath if needed. The top is graceful with its surplice neck and batwing sleeves. The skirt is fitted. All and all very attractive and comfortable. I’m very pleased with it.
