I normally wear a size 12 pant and a large in a t-shirt. I ordered the large pants and medium shirt according to their size chart....WAY TO BIG. But, it's a super cute outfit so I reordered a small/medium combo. Def. round down. Also, I'm 5'6" and need to wear heals to make this work. If you are not tall you may need to hem the regular size.
