A little something special, just for you! Our Mystery Box brings you early Black Friday and Cyber Monday surprises. Here’s everything you need to know about playing, discovering your rewards, and making the most of your treats.
1. What is the BFCM Mystery Box?
Our BFCM Mystery Box is a little way to make your holiday shopping even more exciting! On each event date, simply enter your email and pick an available card to reveal a special reward before Black Friday and Cyber Monday arrive.
Just a little note: the Mystery Box is an online event, not a physical product.
2. How do I claim my reward?
It’s easy! Just follow these steps:
Enter your email to check your reward status.
Pick any available card to reveal your surprise.
Claim your reward.
Head to My Coupons to find your reward and check its expiration date.
Enjoy your little surprise!
3. What rewards can I win, and when can I play?
We have some special surprises waiting for you in our October and November draws!
Each draw is open all day on the dates listed below, so you can join whenever it works for you. All dates and times are based on Pacific Time (PT).
4. How many times can I pick a card?
You’ll have up to 3 picks per day during the October draws and regular November draws (Nov 1–26), with each email address eligible for up to 3 picks per day.
For our special BFCM event from Nov 27–30, you’ll have up to 3 picks total across the entire event period. Your picks won’t reset each day during this time.
December pick limits will be announced separately, so stay tuned for more surprises!
5. When do my coupons expire?
We want you to have plenty of time to enjoy your rewards! Unless otherwise stated in the offer terms, October discount coupons and November Buy & Get coupons are valid through December 31, 2026.
Be sure to check the terms of each offer for any special conditions.
6. Can I use more than one coupon per order?
Each order can use one discount coupon or one Buy & Get coupon. These coupons can’t be combined with each other or with a Free Shipping coupon.
We recommend choosing the reward that works best for your order!
7. Why can’t I pick a card?
No cards to pick? There could be a couple of reasons. The draw may not be open yet, or you may have already reached your pick limit.
Check the event dates and your available picks, then come back when the next draw opens. We’d love for you to join us!
8. Where can I find my reward?
Once you’ve claimed your reward, you can find it under My Coupons. You’ll also be able to check its expiration date there, so you know how long you have to enjoy it.
9. How do I find and use my coupon?
Ready to enjoy your reward? Here’s how to find and apply your coupon.
Step 1: Log in to your account Click the account icon in the top-right corner and log in. New to OGLmove? Select Register to create your account.
Step 2: Find your coupons Head to Member Center and select My Coupons to see your available coupons and their expiration dates.
Step 3: Go to your cart Add eligible items to your cart, then scroll to the bottom and select Choose to apply points & coupons.
Step 4: Apply your coupon Open the Coupons tab and select the coupon you’d like to use. You’re all set!
