3 weeks and 20 e-mails regarding an exchange. Now I get a notification of delivery to a town I don’t live in , without a house or apartment address. It simply says “New Hope Pennsylvania, Front Porch” !!!!!!!!
This company is incompetent and scammers!! All their positive reviews are AI generated. I have not spoken to a human being nor has anyone offered a solution. I want a full refund!!!!!

The positive reviews here are fake.! The return policy is fake! They offer you a more expensive exchange and tell you to keep the merchandise you don’t like and then they NEVER send you the new merchandise. 3 weeks and 20 emails with A.I. —last one today tells me the package is tracked to Linden NJ (I live in NJ) I look up on tracker and status is now “delivered” to New Hope Pennsylvania!! What kind of company is this? Horrible horrible experience.

After literally 18 e-mails with AI and 3 weeks later my exchange merchandise was delivered to someplace in Pennsylvania !?! I do not live in Pennsylvania?!? The whole process is so sketchy, you have to know it’s a scam! The tracker states delivered to New Hope Pennsylvania—no address at all just the town???
They gave me this “kind” offer to exchange items I was not satisfied with for more expansive items, instead of a refund —so Intook the offer—-Beware—SCAM!!! They never intended to exchange anything! I just don’t think they even do refunds!
