1. What is the OGL Membership Program?

The OGL Membership Program is exclusively for our loyal customers. Earn points with every purchase and enjoy special rewards and heartfelt surprises as a thank-you for growing with us.

2. How do I become an OGL Member?
  • Simply click the profile icon on our website, choose "Register" or "Log In".
  • Enter your email and password—and you're all set!
  • Your rewards will be waiting for you in your Member Center.
3. How do I earn points?

Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend! Make sure you’re logged in to enjoy all the ways to earn points.

4. How do I redeem points?

Head to your Member Center to redeem points anytime. Points for gift card redemption will be available once your order is marked as “Delivered.”

5. Can I combine coupon codes with my points rewards?

Absolutely! You can use your gift card from points rewards along with a coupon code. Just note—only one coupon code can be applied per order.

6. Will my points expire?

Yes, Just a heads-up, your points will expire 365 days after they become available, so be sure to use them before they do! We wouldn't want you to miss out on any rewards you’ve earned!

7. What happens to my points if I cancel my order?

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method, and any used points will return to your Member Center for future use.

8. What happens to my points if I refund my order?

The refund will be credited back to your original payment method, but any used points cannot be refunded.
