365 Days Easy Return & Exchange
We take pride in our product quality so we are so proud to offer our customers with 365 Days Easy Return & Exchange policy. You can receive a refund within 365 days from the receipt date. After 365 days, we will no longer accept returns.
We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can initiate a return or exchange up to 365 days from the receipt of goods in the original condition and packaging with prior notification by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns & Exchanges
OGLmove has been completely committed to making safety and customer satisfaction our first priority especially during the COVID-19 crisis period. This includes working through industry-wide shipping slowdowns. Kindly note due to the overwhelming orders and emails we received during the Holiday Season, there might be a delay in processing your return and exchange. Our Customer Service team will assist you with that once they receive your email.
Can I Cancel or change my order?
Yes, of course. Kindly Contact our CS team at email@example.com. and they will be glad to assist you with that.
1) Any changes or cancellations before dispatching are free.
2) We will NOT accept order cancellation or change request if the order has already been shipped.
3) Once canceled, a refund for the full order value will be credited back to your original payment method and you will receive a notification email.
For all returns or exchanges:
- Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale items marked at 50% off or greater
- Intimates, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear and free gifts
For defective products returns or exchanges:
For defective products (the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier or defective in another way), customers need to contact our customer service for an exchange or refund process. Return or exchange labels could only be downloaded/printed after our services team confirms.
What the customer needs to do?

Kindly note that for non-faulty returns or exchanges, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a return/exchange authorization and address.
Step 2: Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return from our customer service.
Step 3: You will receive a refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We will email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
FYI: It will take longer (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.
We would recommend exchanging products if there is stock. If you choose to get a refund, the amount will depend on certain circumstances.
- If your order doesn't include any promotions or discounts, you will receive a full refund for the items, equal to the price shown on our site (Item’s original price).
- If your order includes promotions or discounts, the calculated price you've paid for the item is adjusted accordingly. This will lead to differences in the Refund’s amount, from the Original Cost of the items. Should you wish to check how much is the amount of the items after the discounts, you may go to order a query or go through this.
- Shipping fee is excluded from the refund.
How long will the user receive a refund?
You will receive a refund after your return parcel has been checked by our team within two weeks. The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made.
